Inside ceremonies may be held in the Main Gallery, Foyer and Corridor, Fragrance Garden area, or the exotic Conservatory.
Clients have a choice off three selected outdoor areas for their Wedding, Reception, Outdoor Festival, or combination of Wedding Ceremony and Reception: The Upper Patio, Lower Plaza or Plaza Extension.
All sites are breathtaking and offer a unique setting in which to hold your event, especially the Plaza area bordering the Red River.
A non-refundable reservation deposit is required when booking your event to hold the date, and is applied towards your total rental fee. All events are booked on a first come basis.

Rates:
Our leasing staff is happy to work within our clients budgetary limitations;
Our affordable rates depend upon the area(s) chosen for your event;
We also provide any additional equipment or décor you may need beyond what comes with our standard leasing package; (Tents, Lighting, Sound, Arches, Columns and more....)

Required Special Event insurance and Security included in your rental fee;
Video screens, projector, PA, wireless internet, and break out rooms available;
In the event of inclement weather, our outdoor events are moved inside subject to availability. The decision to move the event indoors must be made the day before by 2:00 P.M. If decision is not made, then the leasing party is responsible for moving their set up.
Lessees' should sign and return the contract with the required non-refundable reservation deposit within two weeks of contract receipt, or the date will be released.
Lessees' list of vendors and event floor plan must be submitted on or before two weeks prior to the event date.
Final payment is due on or before three weeks prior to event.
New Wedding & Reception Special Now Available with our "All Inclusive" Leasing Package. Everything you need to have your dream wedding for 150 guests. We provide it all: Bride and Groom cakes, flowers, all catering needs including linens, tables and chairs, security, bar, valet and personalized ice sculpture.
