The Barnwell Garden and Art Center showcases one of the few classical plant conservatories in the United States.  Palms, flowering shrubs, bromeliads, and unusual foliage make their home within the conservatory.

Aka-  Pink Powder Puff Tree

The Pink Powder Puff Tree is a low branching tree with multiple trunks. The tree usually grows up to 15feet in the tropics. Showy pink flowers, like a powderpuff, are bright pink on the surface and pale pink to white inside the “powderpuff” ball. This plant is cultivated for its ornamental purposes; it can also be used for bonsai.
